Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to run the waiting list and the product, we don't sell it, and we don't share it beyond the processors named below.

1 · Who we are
Zisky.ai is operated by the founders Rosťa Slovák and Tom Stejskal. Contact: hello@zisky.ai.
2 · What we collect
- Waiting-list form — email, trading style, WTP signal, intent, markets, decision-process notes, Discord-room preference, consent.
- Product use — once access opens: account credentials, queries you send, briefings we return, basic usage logs.
- Technical data — IP, user agent, session timing, error reports.
3 · Why we collect it
- To review fit and place you in the right wave (waiting list).
- To run the product and improve briefings (product use).
- To keep the service secure and debug issues (technical data).
4 · Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small set of processors: a database host, email delivery, error reporting, and an LLM provider for analysis. We'll list them by name here when the product opens. None of them resell your data.
5 · How long we keep it
Waiting-list entries until you ask us to delete them or until the list closes. Product data for as long as the account exists, plus 90 days for backups.
6 · Your rights
Access, correct, delete, port, restrict, object — the usual GDPR rights. Write to hello@zisky.ai and a founder replies. Not a support queue.
7 · Cookies & analytics
Consent for cookies is handled by Cookiebot (Cybot A/S, Denmark) — a GDPR/ePrivacy consent management platform. When you first visit the site, Cookiebot shows a banner where you can accept or decline each cookie category. Your choice is stored in a Cookiebot consent cookie and can be changed any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Categories we use:
- Necessary · session, the Cookiebot consent cookie. Always on — required for the site to work.
- Statistics · Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*). Loaded only after you accept this category. IP anonymisation is on; ad-personalisation signals are off; no remarketing, no ad-storage.
We use Google Consent Mode v2 with defaults set to denied. Until you grant consent, GA either stays blocked or runs in cookieless ping-only mode — no tracking cookies are written.
We do not run ad pixels, retargeting tags, session-replay tools, or any third-party tracker other than Google Analytics behind your explicit consent.
