Terms of use

Short version: Zisky.ai is an analytical tool, not an investment adviser. Briefings are not personal recommendations. Your trade, your call, your money.

Last updated · 2026-05

1 · What Zisky.ai is

Zisky.ai is a pre-trade thinking partner — it produces a structured briefing (bull case, bear case, risk frame, GO / WAIT / NO TRADE verdict) for trade ideas you bring it.

2 · What Zisky.ai is not

  • Not investment advice under MiFID II. No output is a personalised investment recommendation.
  • Not a broker or execution venue. We do not place trades.
  • Not a signal service. Verdicts are produced only when you bring your own thesis.
  • Not a guarantee of returns. Markets are uncertain by definition.

3 · Your responsibilities

  • You confirm trades, sizing, and entry yourself.
  • You understand the products you trade and the risk of loss.
  • You're old enough to enter into a legal contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You don't use Zisky.ai to break market-abuse rules, sanctions, or other laws.

4 · Account & access

Access during pre-launch is invite-only and may be revoked at our discretion. We can suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. You can close your account by writing to hello@zisky.ai.

5 · Intellectual property

The Zisky.ai brand, code, briefing templates, and product copy belong to the founders. Briefings generated for your queries are yours to use for your own decisions. Don't resell or repackage Zisky.ai output as your own service.

6 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from your use of the product. Total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero during pre-launch).

7 · Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you by email if you have an account. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8 · MiFID II disclaimer

Zisky.ai is an analytical tool, not an investment adviser under MiFID II. No output of the product is a personalised investment recommendation, and the final decision on any trade or investment is always yours.

9 · Governing law

Czech law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Czechia, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU mandatory rules.

This is a pre-launch draft. The final version will be published before the product opens to the public.
